I want to go experiment with the idea that salad cream can go with things other than salad. I think that is where the sauce goes wrong. The name Heinz Salad Cream seems to limit what you can do with it, because you immediately think it can only be used in salads. HOWEVER, I want to try and use a simple add to emphasise how it is a unique tasting sauce that can go with anything.
